You can only change a worker’s address if they haven’t yet logged into their account yet. To do this, please read How do I edit a worker’s personal details?
If your worker has already logged in, they can change their address by editing their details through their online account or by calling Nest on 0300 020 0090.
It’s important to note that we post your worker’s welcome pack to the address you first provided when you enrolled them. If that address is incorrect or has since changed, the pack may have been sent to the wrong address. The worker can log into their Nest account to read their welcome pack and update their address. We’d recommend you contact the worker in these circumstances to let them know what might have happened and ask that they get in touch with us for any further help.
