It’s likely your payroll provider will need some specific information from you about your NEST account. Your payroll provider may need to know information based on how you’ve set up your scheme or the settings you’ve chosen. You’ll have to make sure that NEST and your payroll are using the same dates for your pay periods and how you’re calculating contributions. We’d recommend you check this information with your payroll software before setting up your NEST scheme. This will prevent errors further down the line.
