About us

Nest Corporation is the name for the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation established under Section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008.

Nest Corporation is appointed as the Trustee of the pension scheme known as Nest (National Employment Savings Trust).

Nest Corporation is regulated by The Pensions Regulator.

Legal provisions that govern Nest, its members, employers, their delegates and general website users

The documents that govern Nest are known as the Order and rules. The Order is the legal document that establishes the scheme and appoints Nest Corporation as the Trustee.  It also describes those employers and members eligible to participate in Nest. Particular legal terms and conditions also apply to employers who participate in Nest to allow for the efficient, effective and fair administration of the scheme. You can read the full Employer terms and conditions (PDF 357 KB), which include parts of the Order and rules.

We allow members and employers to appoint third parties, or ‘delegates’, to access their accounts to manage or carry out specific tasks on their behalf. We expect members and employers to take responsibility for the actions of their appointed delegates.

Members, employers, their appointed delegates and the general public who use this website and our Applications are also subject to general website terms and conditions. These outline how this website and our Applications may be used. Please read these terms carefully, as when you start to use the website and/or Applications you’re confirming that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them:

• Our Website terms set out the terms on which you can access and use our websites and our apps.
• Our Privacy policy sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us.
• Our Cookies policy sets out information about the cookies we use on our sites and in our apps.

From time to time we may launch services, software, features, tools, or applications including but not limited to a mobile app for members (‘Applications’) that work with Nest or the Nest website. We may make these available to you subject to further terms and conditions and/or the Website terms.

We've taken care to make sure our websites and our apps are an accurate reflection of these legal rules. However, our websites and apps don't cover everything and do not in themselves give you rights or obligations in respect of your relationship with Nest.
