How do I change my username and password?

How do I change my username?

  • Log in to your online account and click ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.

  • Click ‘Admin’ from the dropdown list.

  • Click ‘Change username’.

  • Enter your preferred username and click ‘Check Availability’.
  • If the username you’ve entered isn’t available, then enter another username.
  • You’ll have to enter your password and security questions and click ‘Done’.
  • You’ll be taken back to the login page to log back into your account using your new username.

How do I change my password?

  • After clicking ‘Admin’ from the dropdown list on your dashboard, click ‘Change password’.

  • You must enter your current password and then create a new password.
  • If you need help to create a new password click on the help icon.
  • You’ll need to answer two secret questions and click ‘Done’.
