What do I need to do with my payroll software to allow for tax relief?
You may need to speak to your payroll provider if you’re planning to use their software to help you calculate and deduct contributions for your workers’ pay.
To avoid any miscalculations or errors you’ll need to check the settings of your software. You may find that your software has been automatically programmed to deduct tax relief at source. If not, it’s important to discuss how this will work with your payroll provider.
