What if my payroll provider has created a CSV file for paying contributions?
If your contribution schedule (CS) file has been created by a third party payroll provider you won’t need to complete a NEST template. You’ll be able to upload the file through your online account.
It’s important not to open the file once you’ve received it as this may corrupt the data.
If you need to view the information in the file before you upload it to us, you can save a copy and open this instead of the original file.
