To let us know there is nothing to pay for a worker this pay period, go to the ‘Manage contributions’ section of your Nest home page.
Click the arrow under Edit/Pay next to the contribution schedule.
Click ‘Enter new information’ and then click ‘Options’ for the worker that has nothing to pay.
When you click ‘Options’, you’ll see the screen for entering a reason for non payment of contributions. In the Contribution options for this period field, you’ll need to select ‘Member has insufficient earnings’ from the drop-down menu. Then click ‘Done’.
Click 'Save changes' and then click ‘Submit schedule’, even if you’re making zero payment.
