Once you’ve saved changes to your contribution schedule or uploaded your contributions file and you’re ready to make payment, click ‘Submit schedule’ to begin the payment process.
If you’ve told NEST you have more than 250 members, you’ll be asked to enter three digits from your PIN to continue with payment. You would have chosen your PIN when you registered with NEST. Once you’ve done this click ‘Next’.
All member records that have been successfully validated and saved will be locked and you won’t be able to make any changes. These details will be unlocked when we receive your payment, so if you’ve made any errors you can correct them.
If your schedule contains more than 50 member records, we’ll process a final check to ensure all the member details are still correct and haven’t changed since you originally submitted the schedule. We’ll validate the submitted member records during this final check and we’ll confirm the amount of money due.
Depending on the payment method you use to pay contributions, our on-screen guidance will let you know what you need to do next. Please see How does Direct Debit with NEST work? or How does paying by debit card work? for more information on how to make payment.
You’ll need to click ‘Submit schedule’ if you’re submitting members with a zero payment. We can finalise their records on the schedule and not expect any payments for them.
