You’ll need to send the correct statutory communications to all your workers within six weeks after your staging date or duty start date.
You’ll need to send these out before your workers are enrolled into Nest. When you enrol a worker into Nest, we require you to confirm you’ve already provided them with the required statutory information. You have six weeks to enrol your workers following your staging date or duty start date, or the date they become eligible to be auto enrolled if that’s different.
Remember, it’s not just about your legal duty to tell your workers about their rights. You need to make sure that all the people in your organisation who are administering auto enrolment have the knowledge they need to do the job.
