Your legal duties require you to inform all your workers in writing about their new pension rights at the appropriate time. You need to do this for all your workers, whether they qualify for auto enrolment or not. If they don’t qualify they may still have the option to join.
The information you need to provide depends on which enrolment category the worker falls into.
