Newly enrolled members will appear on a contribution schedule within an hour of the enrolment file being processed. Please see How long does it take to process a worker’s enrolment? for information on processing times.
The member’s start date will determine which schedule they first appear in and you’ll find them in the contribution schedule that matches their group and payment source. You won’t be able to upload any contribution information until the member appears in the contribution schedule.
The first contribution schedule the member appears on should correspond to the start date that you’ve given.
For example, if you enrol a member with a start date of 5 January 2015 in a calendar monthly group, the first schedule they’ll appear in will be the earnings period 1–31 January 2015.
