You can submit a correction to a paid schedule at any time if you’ve overpaid or underpaid a member’s contribution and if the schedule is over 23 months old, the schedule needs to be unlocked by downloading and completing the PDF form with the required evidence and send it to Nest, Nene Hall, Lynch Wood Business Park, Peterborough PE2 6FY.
You have to send a statement from an external auditor, an accountant or an equivalent third party. You’ll also have to let us know the name of the member, their National Insurance number or alternate identifier for the member’s identification along with the schedule reference number and the correction amount for each record.
If the evidence is accepted, we’ll unlock the member record and send you a letter to your Nest secure mailbox to proceed with the contribution correction. Please see How do I correct a schedule I’ve already paid? for more information.
