You can only cancel a member’s enrolment, also known as de-enrolling a member, by file upload or file transfer. You’ll be able to de-enrol the member as soon as they’re fully enrolled in NEST and showing in the Active workers area of your NEST online account.
A member’s enrolment will need to be cancelled if they were enrolled accidentally or with an incorrect enrolment type. If you’ve enrolled someone with some wrong information, then you may not need to de-enrol them.
You can find more information about how to cancel a member’s enrolment in How can I de-enrol a member by file upload?
