Why would I make a partial or zero payment?

If a member doesn’t earn enough in a pay period to make a contribution or doesn’t need to contribute to Nest any more then you’ll need to tell us by choosing a ‘partial or non-payment reason’ in the contribution schedule.

These reasons can also be used when changing a member’s group, payment source or both group and payment source at the same time.

We’ll need to know about anyone you’re not paying contributions for. You’ll need to tell us why through a contribution schedule online, using file upload or through file transfer method by the payment due date or you may receive a late payment notice from us. You still need to click ‘Submit schedule’ for anyone who doesn’t need to be paid.

The exact process for letting us know depends on how you submit your contribution information to Nest. You can do this manually online, using file upload or file transfer options.
