How do I edit or remove a delegate from my Nest account?

How can I edit my delegate’s details?

  • To edit your delegate’s details you’ll need to log in to your online account and click ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.

  • Click ‘Edit profile’ from the dropdown list.

  • Click ‘Manage additional users’.

  • Click ‘Edit’ to amend your delegate’s details.

  • Once you’ve made the changes you can then click ‘Save’. 
  • The details will be updated instantly and a confirmation email will be sent to your delegate’s Nest secure mailbox.

How do I remove my delegate?

  • To remove your delegate click ‘My Account’ at the top of the page and click ‘Edit profile’.
  • Click ‘Manage additional users’ to view your delegate’s name.
  • Next to the name of your delegate you’ll see a minus sign (-). Click this to remove the delegate’s access from your online account.

  • Click ‘Yes, I am sure. Discard the information’.

  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

  • The delegate’s access will be removed from your online account immediately.
