How do I edit or remove a delegate from my Nest account?

How can I edit my delegate’s details?

  • To edit your delegate’s details you’ll need to log in to your online account and select ‘Manage account’ on your dashboard.
  • Then select ‘My delegates’.
  • Select ‘Edit’ to amend your delegate’s details.
  • Once you’ve made the changes you can select ‘Done’. 
  • The details will be updated instantly, and a confirmation email will be sent to your delegate’s Nest mailbox.

How do I remove my delegate?

  • To remove your delegate, select ‘Manage account’ from the dashboard and then select ‘My delegates’.
  • Select ‘Remove’ below the delegate’s name and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • The delegate’s access will be removed from your online account immediately.
