How do I update my details?

How do I update my details by logging in to my online account?

  • Log in to your online account and select ‘Edit personal details’ on the dashboard.

  • Then select ‘Edit’ next to the details that you want to change and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • We may require evidence to make changes on your account. Uploading the mentioned documents online or sending it through your Nest mailbox is faster compared to post. 
  • You can also send the evidence through post to Nest, Nene Hall, Lynch Wood Business Park, Peterborough, PE2 6FY.
  • Once we’ve received the evidence, we’ll update your details within five working days. We’ll return the original evidence the same manner you send it to us.

How can I update my details over telephone?

  • You can update some details through our automated phone system. 
  • Call us on 0300 020 0090 and key in your Nest ID, National Insurance number or Alternative Identifier and your date of birth. 
  • You’ll need to choose option 5 to edit personal details.
