What does a member need to do to let me know they want to stop contributions?

A member can let you know verbally that they want to stop contributions in their NEST pot.

They don’t have to complete a specific form or use any particular wording but you might want to ask them to tell you in writing so you have a record.

You’ll just need to let us know using a contribution schedule through your NEST online account or by file upload.
