What do I need to do once I’ve uploaded my CSV file?

After you’ve uploaded your CSV file and checked that all the information is correct, you can proceed to pay the schedule by selecting ‘Make payment’.

Depending on your payment type, you’ll also see information on how long it will take for the payment to clear.

  • Direct Debit - you’ll see a message explaining the payment is in progress and the payment will be collected within three to five working days.
  • debit card - you’ll be taken to a secure payment area of the website where you can enter your card details.

You don’t have to pay for all members at once. You can submit part of the schedule for payment and then go back to the schedule at a later date and submit the rest of the contributions.

For example, if you’re holding on to contributions for newly enrolled members until the end of their opt-out period you can pay their contributions at a later date. Please see How can I hold on to contributions during a worker’s opt-out period? for more information.

Please note that if you pay for only a part of the schedule, the schedule won’t move to the ‘Paid schedules’ section until the full schedule is completely paid for.
