What happens if the delegate doesn’t receive their email invite to accept their role?

You can re-send it by clicking ‘Manage delegates’ and clicking ‘Send another invite to the same email address’.

If the email address is incorrect you’ll need to set the delegate up again with the correct details. You can check the email address by clicking on the Edit tab. The Pending delegate who hasn’t accepted their delegate role will disappear from your Manage delegates view after 28 days.

It can take up to 24 hours for the invitation email to arrive. It’s also useful to check your junk and spam folders.
