How do I manage multiple Nest employer accounts?

If you have delegate access to multiple employer accounts, you can manage all of them by logging in to your Nest delegate account. You’ll see all the employer accounts you have access to on your homepage and can simply enter the employer’s name to search for a specific account.

To access an employer’s Nest account, click the arrow under Select.

You can manage activities like enrolling workers into Nest or paying contributions from here, depending on your level of access.

To go back to the homepage of the specific employer you were working on, click ‘Employer home’ at the top of the page. To view a different employer account, click ‘My home’ and you’ll be taken back to the full list of Nest accounts you have access to.

You’ll see messages from all your employer accounts in your Nest secure mailbox, and can see which employer account each message relates to below the subject line.
