Each delegate with relevant delegate access will need to set up SFTP for their own personal delegate account to send and retrieve files via SFTP.
You’ll need to set up SFTP on each account if they’re all separate.
If you’ve merged your accounts then you’ll only need to set up SFTP once. Please see What happens if I’m using file transfer? for more information.
However only one delegate needs to click Collect information from NEST on behalf of the employer and it’ll take effect on all delegate accounts.
