Why is there a contribution schedule showing as overdue since the group change?

If you’ve completed a member’s group change that, for example, changes the payment frequency from weekly to monthly you may notice previously paid monthly schedules are now showing as Unpaid.

This is because you’ve used an effective date that falls in both the weekly and the monthly schedule.

You’ll need to add any due contributions for the member you’ve made a group change for and re-submit the contribution schedule. If you’ve made all contributions due in the old group you can mark the member as having insufficient earnings and submit the schedule for a payment of £0. To find out how to mark a member with insufficient earnings online please see How do I tell NEST a member has insufficient earnings by entering the information onto the website? You can also upload a file for multiple members. To do this please see How do I mark a member as having insufficient earnings using file upload or file transfer?
