How long will it take to process the direct credit payment

Once we receive your direct credit payment we’ll process your payment within five working days. If your contribution schedule doesn’t move to paid status within this time, check that all members have been included in your payment or you’ve provided a reason for non-payment.

You can check the payment details in Payment history. This page shows all payments and refunds after all corrections have been made to the schedule.

It includes details such as the reference number for each transaction, the date it was made, the payment method used, the value of the transaction and its current status.
