How long will it take to get a refund of my overpayment?
Normally refunds will be made within 10 working days of the payment being received. Please note, it may take around 3 to 5 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
If you’ve sent us a payment for multiple schedules and have had to confirm where you want to allocate contributions, a refund can take up to 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
