It’s more important than ever to keep your information safe and secure. That’s why we introduced multi-factor authentication (MFA) in April.
You now need to input a one-time passcode each time you log in, which will be sent to your mobile phone or your registered email address.
If you have more than one person using the same log-in details, each user within your organisation will need their own username and password.
We’ve also added simple functionality allowing you to bulk assign all the employer accounts you have to your users. Details on how to do this are available in the Nest help centre.
