Nest works alongside global industry leaders

We work with global industry leaders to ensure we have the right infrastructure and processes in place for every stage of delivering the scheme.

  • employer participation
  • passing funds to the fund administrator.

Tender opportunities

Nest Corporation advises its tender opportunities in two places:

E-tendering platform

Nest Corporation uses the BravoSolution e-tendering platform Nest eTendering Portal. All suppliers must register on BravoSolution in order to participate in opportunities with Nest.

Terms and conditions for the Nest Corporation purchase of supplies or services (PDF download) may vary from case to case. However, the standard Nest Corporation purchase order conditions of purchase will apply unless a contract has been agreed and signed separately.

Modern slavery

Nest Corporation does not condone any activity which constitutes modern slavery or human trafficking under the Modern Slavery Act (MSA) 2015. Any commercial organisation in the UK with a turnover in excess of £36 million is required to produce a slavery and human trafficking statement, under section 54(9) of the Modern Slavery Act.

Since 2016, Nest Corporation has built on the existing steps in its anti-slavery process and improved the process each year. It has carried out risk assessments across the organisation to identify the impact of the MSA on its activities and supply chain, and the potential exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking activity.

Nest Corporation carries out an annual due diligence exercise which focuses on obtaining the MSA statement for key suppliers, or in the absence of a published MSA statement, direct correspondence with those suppliers.

As a public corporation, Nest Corporation undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers.

Supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct (PDF download) is intended to set out the way in which we and our suppliers will behave towards each other. It’s not intended to be legally enforceable, to create any legal obligations or rights, or to undermine our contracts with suppliers or the rules we set out when we procure our goods and services, which will always take precedence.
