Nest Corporation is today announcing the appointment of April Clark as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) of the Nest pension scheme. This role is a new addition to Nest’s executive team and signifies its commitment to placing people at the heart of its strategy to deliver financial peace of mind for all.
April brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organisational development, having held senior positions in several leading organisations including Saga Insurance, Aon, and Prudential. Her expertise will be instrumental in driving forward Nest’s people agenda, ensuring that the scheme can deliver on its purpose and thrive in an increasingly competitive and complex market.
The creation of the CPO role underscores the critical importance Nest places on having the right capability, capacity, and culture within its organisation.
